Guidelines to the Spa

As we hope you'll agree when you visit, Talise is a very special place, and a session there can be an unforgettably reviving experience. To help you and your fellow guests make the very most of it, you may find the following guidance useful:

Early bookings
Talise is popular, so we advise you to book your treatments in advance to avoid disappointment.

Preparation and dressing for spa treatments
When you arrive, we will provide you with a comfortable robe, disposable underwear and slippers. During your spa treatment, our therapists will drape you appropriately at all times. If you're receiving any facial treatment, we strongly suggest that you shave beforehand.

Spa etiquette
As you'll instantly appreciate, Talise is a wonderfully tranquil environment. We ask all our guests to help conserve that tranquillity by not smoking, turning off all mobile devices and keeping noise levels to a minimum at all times. Alcohol should never be consumed immediately before any spa treatment.

Arriving at Talise
We suggest you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment, to give yourself time to relax and familiarise yourself. If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may have to be reduced.

Consultation
There will be a consultation with a qualified spa practitioner before your treatment, where any health concerns or special needs can be addressed.

Music
You are welcome to choose your preferred music from our carefully chosen selection before your treatment.

Valuables
We recommend that no jewellery of any type is worn during spa treatments. If you bring valuables and jewellery with you, a place will be provided for their safekeeping, but please note that we cannot be held responsible for them.

Feedback
To be able to constantly improve our services at Talise we really appreciate your feedback, so please fill in a feedback form after your treatment and share with us any opinions or ideas that you may have.

Cancellation policy
If you cancel your appointment within three hours or you don't arrive for it, we are obliged to levy a 50% service charge.
