The Health Club Rules & Regulations

•  Acceptance of a membership is at the sole discretion of the management of Jumeirah Emirates Towers, who reserves the right to accept or refuse any membership application, without explanation or reason.
• Members are kindly requested to produce their membership cards at the main reception prior to using the facilities of The Health Club and to sign the registration book.
• Memberships are non-refundable. In the event that a member suffers serious illness, injury, and hospitalisation or becomes pregnant, the Membership may be suspended, at the written request of a Member, for a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum period of 12 months at a fee of AED 150. The Club reserves the right to request documentary medical evidence for the reason. Suspension of Membership in all cases remains at the absolute discretion of the Club.
• Any loss of membership card should be reported to the management immediately and a new card can be replaced at a charge.
• All persons entering The Health Club and using its facilities do so at their own risk. Neither the Club nor any associated company or body, including Jumeirah Emirates Towers employees, are responsible or liable for any injury, loss, fatality or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property.
• Only The Health Club members and hotel residents may use the recreation facilities.
• Hotel guests and The Health Club members must comply with the rules and regulations of the club. The management reserves the right to ask any person violation these to leave the club and refuse thereafter any further admission.
• The gymnasium is open from 6.00hrs to 00.00hrs.
• The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are available from 7.00hrs to 22.00hrs. The swimming pool is manned  by lifeguard from 7.00 hrs until 22.00 hrs. Use of the pool facilities outside these hours or without the presence of a lifeguard is entirely at your own risk and the employee’s and owners cannot be held responsible for any loss of life, injury or personal loss. 
• Parents are responsible at all times for the behaviour of their children. Children below the age of 16 years using the premises and pool area must be accompanied by a parent member at all times. Children below the age of 16 years are not permitted to use the gymnasium, steam room, sauna and other facilities.
• The management does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage caused to any items, valuables or personal belongings brought into The Health Club, and members do so at their own risk. Lockers are provided and members are urged to use them for clothes and personal belongings. Locker keys shall be returned to reception after use.
• Towels are available to members and hotel guests upon entry to the club and to be returned after use.
• All persons are required to wear appropriate clothing when using any of the recreation facilities. Cutdown jeans, leggings and T-shirts are not permitted. Correct swimwear must be worn in the pools, steam and sauna.
• Sound equipment such as radios and cassette players, will not be allowed in The Club except with the use of headphones.
• Persons with infectious disease, open lesions etc. should refrain from using the club.
• Smoking is prohibited. Members and guests not abiding by this regulation will be asked to leave the premises immediately. The management of The Health Club reserves the right to review the memberships without prior consultation.
• The Health Club reserves the right to change the above rules and regulations without prior notice.
