The Big Apple Rules & Regulations
- The acceptance of a membership is at the sole discretion of the management of The Big Apple who reserves the right to accept or refuse any membership application, without explanation or reason.
- Members will receive a membership card and may use only the facilities at the time designated by their membership category.
- Members are kindly requested to produce their membership cards at the main reception prior to using the facilities of the club and to sign the registration book.
- The management reserved the right to refuse admission to any member not producing their card.
- Members must comply with the rules and regulations of the club. Repeated violations of these regulations could result in cancellation of membership and forfeiture of fees.
- Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. No breaks or deferrals may be allowed.
- Any loss of membership card should be reported to the management immediately and a new card can be replaced at a charge.
- The use of the membership card by any person other than the member will result in the cancellation of membership and forfeiture of fees.
- All persons entering the club and using its facilities do so at their own risk. Neither the club nor any associated company or body, including The Big Apple gym employees, are responsible or liable for any injury, loss, fatality or damage whatsoever caused to any person or property.
- Only club members may use the indoor recreation faculties.
- Members must comply with the rules and regulations of the club. The management reserves the right to ask any person violating these to leave the gym and refuse thereafter any further admission.
- The Big Apple is open daily for club members from 6.00hrs to 22.00hrs. However the management reserves the right to readjust the operating hours without prior notice or close any of the facilities, in case of force majeure or maintenance.
- Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gymnasium or associated facilities.
- The management does not accept responsibility for any loss, theft or damage caused to any items, valuables or personal belongings brought into the club, and members do so at their own risk. Lockers are provided and members are urged to use them for clothes and personal belongings. Locker keys shall be returned to reception after use.
- Towels are available to members upon entry to the club and returned after use.
- Pets are not permitted within any part of the The Big Apple.
- All persons are required to wear appropriate clothing when using any of the recreation facilities. Cutdown jeans, leggings and T-shirts are not permitted.
- Only non-marking footwear may be used when using the studio.
- Games or activities which are disturbing or dangerous to others are not permitted.
- Sound equipment such as radios and cassette players, will not be allowed in the club except with the use of headphones.
- Adequate time should be allowed for showering and dressing, to ensure that members can vacate The Big Apple by the appropriate closing time.
- The management of The Big Apple reserves the right to review the membership without prior consultation.
- Studio timetables are subject to change. Any changes may be made without prior notice or consultation.

- Every effort will be made to ensure that classes are never cancelled.
- Membership of The Big Apple does not allow a member to use the facilities of The Health Club within Jumeirah Emirates Towers.
- The Big Apple reserves the right to change the above rules and regulations without prior notice.
