Events that are planned on a smaller scale such as meetings, conferences, press launches and seminars can be staged in 12-boardroom style meeting rooms situated in the Hotel Tower of Jumeirah Emirates Towers. From large conference tables and ergonomic chairs, grand windows providing plenty of natural light, to the latest conference technology, these meeting rooms are the perfect choice to keep delegates focused on serious business.

Various Congress Rooms were recently equipped with unique, state-of-the-art audiovisual and projection technology through a refined plug and play system. The entire system features inputs for six computer displays with audio, and switching is remotely controlled either by a 10-inch touch panel or a wireless executive remote control. You also have the option of routing presentations to the remote controlled automatic projection screen which extends from the ceiling or large LCD or plasma screens, an audio recording facility and additional wireless or congress delegate microphones available on request
