Cancellation Policy
We encourage guests to confirm bookings as early as possible, specifically at least 48 hours prior, to avoid disappointment. A cancellation fee will apply if the flight is cancelled within two days of the date of transfer. In the event of poor weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances out of our control, the flight may be cancelled at short notice. In this case, a vehicle transfer will automatically be arranged at the standard airport transfer rates.
