Hotel Tower Car Park

Jumeirah Emirates Towers features a paid parking system at the Hotel Tower featuring the following parking process.

  •  A parking ticket is issued at the entrance of the hotel ramp.
  • Take this ticket with you and have it stamped at the respective area to allow free exit.
  • Present the ticket upon exiting and settle the parking fees.

 A nominal parking fee of AED 20 per hour is applicable 24 hours daily and the first hour is at no charge. Lost parking tickets are charged AED 100 plus the respective hourly parking charges applicable.

Complimentary parking is allowed for guests attending a conference, attending a banqueting function and staying overnight, all at the hotel. Free parking for a maximum of three hours is available to guests having lunch or dinner at selected restaurants and bars operated by Emirates Towers LLC or visiting H2O The Male Spa, The Health Club or The Big Apple.



Boulevard Car Park

Park and shop at the Boulevard at Jumeirah Emirates Towers which features a paid parking system for the underground car park with the following parking process. 

  • Drive into the underground car park of the Boulevard.
  • Push the button on the token dispenser at the barrier.
  • Take the entry token and keep it with you at all times.
  • Validate the token at the pay station located at the escalator.
  • Shops and outlets may sponsor parking charges and validate parking tokens at their discretion.
  • Upon departing the parking zone, insert the validated token at the barrier.
  • The parking barrier opens automatically allowing exit.

A nominal parking fee of AED 20 per hour is applicable 24 hours daily. The first hour is at no charge. Lost parking tokens are charged AED 60 plus the respective hourly parking charges applicable.
