With our Meet & Assist service, you are welcomed at Dubai International Airport and Abu Dhabi International Airport by a Jumeirah representative. A team of helpful and knowledgeable representatives is ready and able to help you with anything you may need.

If you have pre-booked your transport, the Airport Services team will also introduce you to your driver who will take you straight to Jumeirah Emirates Towers.

If you haven’t already booked your transport to the hotel and you would like to do so, please send an email with the details of your arrival to JETtransport@jumeirah.com 

Naturally, you may also make use of this convenient service on checking out, with a driver to meet you in the hotel lobby and take you to the airport, and a Jumeirah representative to help you as far as the airline check-in counter. Both to and from the airport you will be travelling in the greatest comfort and style.

Express Departure

We don’t just make it smooth, quick and easy for you to check in. We can do exactly the same for you when it’s time to check out. When you are about to vacate your hotel room, you simply let us know by sending an email to JETconnect@jumeirah.com , stating your full name and room number, or by sending a SMS to +971 50 4568369.

Jumeirah Emirates Towers will quickly and promptly process your checkout, using the credit card details you would have supplied earlier. 

Then we will send you a return email with your final invoice attached, for your records.
