Airline ticket reconfirmation and flight bookings
Emirates Airline first and business class passengers may request an Emirates Airline car transfer service 24 hours in advance.
Limousine service and airport transfers
For bookings of a hotel limousine or transfer service, please advise the Concierge two hours in advance.
Upgrade your arrival and departure experience
To experience our unique check-in and check-out services, please email us via laptop or from your mobile device on JETconnect@jumeirah.com, indicating your room number and your arrival / departure time, and we will organise for you not to have to pass by the reception desk.
Luggage service and storage
For luggage collection, please inform the Concierge 15 minutes prior to check-out. Should you require a long-term storage facility, we are pleased to offer a storage service up to 90 days.
Valet parking services
To retrieve your private vehicle from the hotel parking, please call the Bell Desk on +971 4 3198448 and quote your valet ticket number.
