Our courses at Jumeirah Beach Hotel begin with an introduction and demonstration from our skilled mixologist, who will pass on some of the tricks of the trade before handing over to his students so they can begin creating their own concoctions. Learn some classics recipes including shaken and blended cocktails as well as specialty drinks that are ‘built up’ in eye catching layers. Alcoholic, non-alcoholic: there is something delicious here to suit all tastes in this diverting class. Guests work together to develop new skills whilst enjoying the fruits of their labour along the way!
