Champagne Masterclass

Our specialist Resort Sommelier brings you the joys of vintage Champagne. Learn about the finer points of tasting by sampling three varieties and noting each of their distinctive characteristics from our resident expert. You and your colleagues will also master the art of ‘Sabrage’, the traditional method of opening a bottle of fine Champagne using a sword. This class has a uniquely celebratory feel to it and colleagues will come away with a greater understanding of fine wine and its presentation along with fond memories of themselves and each other wielding the ceremonial sword!
