1. Members of the Sirius Rewards Programme (“Cardholders”) are subject to the terms and conditions of the airlines’ frequent flyer reward programmes.
2. Cardholders may not earn both Sirius Points and frequent flyer airline miles (“Miles”) for the same stay. Cardholders must select either to earn Sirius Points under the Sirius Rewards Programme or Miles with one of Jumeirah’s airline partners before checking out of the hotel.
3. Once Sirius Points or applicable Miles have been credited, Sirius Points cannot be transferred to another participating airline programme and Miles cannot be converted to Sirius Points.
4. Subject to the other terms and conditions set out on this page, Miles will only be rewarded for a room booked by a Cardholder for his or her own stay. If a Cardholder books more than one room on a particular day, Miles will only be earned for the room that has the most expensive daily room rate across all of those rooms booked by that Cardholder on that day.
5. The accrual of Miles is limited to individual Cardholder travel. If a Cardholder attends a convention or group meeting and individually pays directly for the room, the Cardholder may be eligible to receive Miles for the stay. However, contract rooms, rooms reserved by corporations on an ongoing basis and master-billed rooms are not eligible to earn Miles. Jumeirah staff and family members are also not eligible to earn Miles for a stay at Jumeirah hotels.
6. Miles will be awarded on a per-night basis based on an Eligible Stay for up to a maximum of thirty consecutive nights per stay. For the purposes of this paragraph, “Eligible Stay” means any stay at a participating hotel by a Cardholder who pays the rack, rack standard, published corporate or consortia/corporate rates for a room (“Eligible Rates”) (whether or not the Cardholder checks in and out during such period). A Cardholder will not earn Miles for rooms booked at any other rate.
7. Miles are also earned on food and beverage spend during the Cardholder’s stay and charged to the hotel room bill. Conference and banqueting functions, service charges, tax paid, miscellaneous items, visit visas and paid out charges will not earn Miles.
8. For a Cardholder to earn Miles, that Cardholder must, at the time of his or her stay, be currently enrolled in the frequent flyer programme for the airline that he or she wishes to earn Miles.
9. Crediting of Miles will vary by airline partner. The Cardholder must allow a minimum of four weeks from the end of his or her stay for Miles to appear on his or her Miles statement.
10. In the event that Miles do not appear on the Cardholder’s Miles statement, the Cardholder is requested, at first instance, to contact the relevant airline partner and the query will then be followed up by the Jumeirah Service Centre. The Cardholder must, if requested, send in a copy of the original invoice along with his or her membership details to the relevant airline partner so that it can process the retrospective claim.
11. The process for retrospective claims may vary between different airline partners. It is the Cardholder’s responsibility to refer to the terms and conditions for the specified airline.
12. In addition to the terms and conditions stated on this page, Cardholders staying at Jumeirah hotels are also subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant airline partners.
