Earn Sirius Points with Sirius Partners
Sirius Points can be earned when spending at participating Sirius Retail Partners. So every time you spend and present your Sirius card in Dubai at Pinctada, you will earn one Sirius Point for every US$3 spent.

This is great news, because all Sirius Points earned by your Supplementary Sirius Members will automatically be credited to your Sirius account, helping you to reach your desired Award even sooner. Members must present a valid Sirius Card to the cashier at the time of check-in or check-out before payment is made, to allow for the accumulation of Sirius Points for room stays. For dining transactions, a valid Sirius Card must be presented before settling the bill. Members staying at a Jumeirah Living Serviced Residence must settle all dining bills at the time of consumption to earn Sirius Points.
Sirius Points will be credited to your Sirius account within 28 days.
Missing Sirius Points
You may claim missing Sirius Points for your room stays at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts automatically online. Please note however, we can only credit missing Sirius Points for claims within 6 months after the transaction.
Earning Tier Points
Tier Points can be earned on all full price room stays and dining transaction. Your Tier Points however are not redeemable and cannot be earned on promotions and offers.
