Course Overview
The programme will help you to enhance the skills and competencies necessary to motivate team members in a not judgmental way for improved performance and commitment. The course is about realization, awareness and developing critical coaching skills.

Anyone with a supervisory role; a group of people from the same company will increase the benefits of the course.

Course Objectives
A deeper understanding of human nature, the everyday barriers to high performance and the ability to capture why some people seem more difficult than others are standard soft skill prerequisites for those who manage people and for those who wish to inspire instead of just supervise.
