Guest Room Check-In

• The group will be welcomed by the appointed Event Manager
• An exclusive venue will be allocated for group check in subject to availability
• Cold/hot towels upon arrival
• Complimentary non alcoholic welcome drinks
• Guest name list will be ready to sign by individual guests
• Key dockets with guest names will be pre arranged
• Original passports will be collected from the reception the next day
• Guests will be escorted/guided to their respective rooms
• Baggage will be handles and delivered to all rooms by concierge at no additional charge

Accommodation booked will not be available earlier than 1500 hours on the day of arrival and is subject to availability on timings.
