Contractor Conditions

Should a contractor be engaged by the client to construct stage, sound or lighting facilities, including clearing of areas post event such as loading bay, pre function areas and ballrooms, the contractor must pay a refundable deposit of Dhs. 6,000/- at least 48 hours prior to the event. The paid deposit will be returned after the function, once it has been ascertained that no damage has occurred. 

Construction of stage/stands on contractor’s specifications will be allowed on the condition that independent portable fire extinguishers are at hand on the stand/stage and any materials brought into the ballroom must be either inherently fire proofed or sprayed with an approved fire retardant, and a certificate stating the same must be furnished 48 hours prior to work commencing to the hotel by the manufacturer or a licensed company.
