Catering Numbers

Final details relating to menus, room set up and audio-visual equipment requirement must be supplied to the Hotel thirty (30) days prior to the commencement of the event. We understand that there are sometimes further adjustments required after this date but these adjustments may be subject to additional charges.

A guaranteed guest count for all group functions is required by 10:00 am two (2) working days prior to your event. Guarantees for functions on Fridays are required by 10:00 am on the preceding Tuesday. Guarantees must be delivered to conference office.
