Cancellation Policy

Accommodation

In the event of cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited in addition to the following charges:

120 to 61 days prior to Arrival: Up to 10% of remaining rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge.  In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the rate for any additional rooms cancelled will apply.

60 to 31 days prior to Arrival: Up to 5% of remaining rooms reserved may be cancelled without charge.  In excess of this amount a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the rate for any additional rooms cancelled will apply.

30 days prior to Arrival: Full cancellation fees apply for all rooms cancelled within 30 days of arrival. Deposits are non refundable.
