The Art of Pairing Fine Wines with Delicious Food

Enjoy canapés on arrival and then begin an connoisseur’s masterclass, learning to navigate your way through the exquisite and sometimes surprising world of food and wine. Our sommelier will present a selection of five wines accompanied by samples of delicious food from our award-winning chefs, and with a little help from our expert, you will soon have a good idea of which wines complement particular dishes over the many potential courses of a meal.
