Fencing dates back to the 12th century in European history, and was a method of combat adopted largely by the nobility and knights of old. It has always been viewed as a gentleman’s sport due to the discipline, etiquette and skill required for its graceful execution.

You will be treated to a display of this noble art and later experience the whip of the foil as you learn some of the techniques involved. Imagine yourself taking part in a heroic duel to protect the honour of king and country! Become deadly to deal with, light on your feet and enhance your coordination in this fun and engaging team building experience, not to be missed.
