Chef Tony Hoyle
Chef Tony Hoyle joined Jumeirah Emirates Towers in 2009 as an Executive Pastry Chef before moving to Madinat Jumeirah in 2010 to become Madinat Jumeirah’s Executive Pastry Chef.
After completing his culinary education in his home country, the UK, Chef Tony went on to become the Pastry Chef for a company that served four pastry shops in the city of Manchester. Later in 1992 he moved to France where he gained further culinary experience specializing in pastry.
Following this, he spent a number of years with various leading London hotels including The Savoy, The Dorchester and The Grove Hotel as well as notable Australian based hotels such as the Star City Casino & Hotel in Sydney.
Prior to joining the team at Jumeirah Emirates Towers, Chef Tony worked at The Address Dubai Marina Hotel where he was also involved in the pre-opening of the hotel.
