Online check-in

You are now able to complete your check-in process online, and we have also made this as simple as possible. Simply click on the link below, fill in your details and submit them to us. You may also select from a range of options for the preferred location of your room key

Once you are pre-registered, we will send you a confirmation. At the hotel, all you have to do is pick up your room key when you arrive.

Limousine check-in

Just imagine the sheer simplicity and comfort of checking in while you are in the car en route from the airport. With this service, you can do exactly that. You may avail of this service if limousine transfers are included in your room booking, or if you have pre-booked a limousine separately with the hotel.

In the car, you simply fill in our hotel registration form, and hand it to the driver.

As a standard procedure, you will be asked for your passport so it can be verified and scanned. Please rest assured that we will take the great care and return it to you promptly.

With those very brief formalities completed, you may sit back and enjoy a selection of magazines and newspapers,  as well as your selection from our special music menu. When you arrive at the hotel, you may head straight for your room without delay, and your passport will be returned to you while you are settling in.

Lobby desk check-in

For those who prefer the more traditional check-in approach, we will be happy to assist you with a personalised check-in in the lobby . As always, upon arrival, we ask you to fill in the guest registration form and provide your passport for scanning and verification.

In a matter of moments, you will have the key card to your room and you will be on your way there, escorted by a member of the hotel staff. This is our default check-in. Should you decide not to book any of our other check-in options online through this webpage, this is the one you will be offered.

In-room check-in

These days, nearly all of us are online and in touch even when we are travelling. This new service acknowledges that fact and turns it to your advantage, by ensuring a quick and efficient check-in.

As you are approaching the hotel, you simply let us know by sending an SMS to +971 50 4568369 or an email to JETconnect@jumeirah.com, stating your full name and your booking reference number.

You may do this at any time of day or night, up to 15 minutes before your estimated time of arrival. You will then be escorted directly to your room. Once you are settled, you are invited to fill in the guest registration form and as standard procedure we also ask you to provide your passport. Just a few minutes later, one of our colleagues will return your passport, along with the key card to your room.
